1️⃣ Governance Overview

Dhamma Servants Foundation is governed with a commitment to ethical conduct, clarity of purpose, and responsible stewardship.
Our structure is designed to ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with both legal requirements and the principles of the Dhamma.


2️⃣ Organizational Structure

The Foundation is organized as a Wyoming nonprofit corporation and operates under applicable U.S. nonprofit laws.

Governance oversight is provided by a Board of Directors responsible for:

  • Upholding the mission and values of the organization
  • Ensuring legal and financial compliance
  • Safeguarding donated funds
  • Supporting long-term organizational sustainability

Operational responsibilities are carried out in accordance with clearly defined roles, duties, and internal accountability standards.

Board of Directors

Dhamma Servants Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for strategic oversight, legal compliance, and financial stewardship.

Current Board Members:

  • Dashtseren Divaa – Founder & Director
  • Lkhagvachimeg Batsukh – Treasurer
  • Independent Board Member (Volunteer) – Secretary

The Board serves without private benefit and acts in the best interest of the Foundation’s charitable mission.

All directors serve in a volunteer capacity and do not receive compensation.


3️⃣ Ethical Responsibility

All activities of the Foundation are guided by:

  • Ethical conduct
  • Non-profit integrity
  • Transparency in financial matters
  • Responsible use of resources

The Foundation is committed to maintaining records, reporting obligations, and internal accountability standards consistent with nonprofit best practices.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Board members and officers are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and to recuse themselves from decisions where a conflict may exist.

No director, officer, or volunteer may receive private benefit from the Foundation’s activities. All transactions are conducted in the best interest of the organization and in accordance with nonprofit governance standards.


4️⃣ Financial Stewardship

Funds received through voluntary contributions (Dāna) are used solely for:

  • Program development
  • Educational initiatives
  • Community support
  • Operational sustainability aligned with mission objectives

Financial decisions are made with prudence, clarity, and respect for donor intent.

No Private Benefit

The Foundation does not provide private benefit to any director, officer, or individual.


5️⃣ Tax-Exempt Status

Dhamma Servants Foundation is duly organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

The Foundation intends to seek recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

6️⃣ U.S. Banking & Financial Management

Dhamma Servants Foundation maintains its primary banking relationship with a regulated U.S. financial institution.

All funds received are deposited into a U.S.-based nonprofit account and are managed in accordance with U.S. financial regulations and internal accountability standards.

The Foundation ensures:

• Separation of personal and organizational finances
• Proper documentation of all transactions
• Secure processing of donations
• Responsible financial oversight aligned with nonprofit best practices

Banking operations are conducted to support transparency, compliance, and long-term sustainability of the Foundation’s mission.
